On August 3, 2016, three members of the ANESU Act 46 Study Committee (Nancy Cornell, Mike Fisher, and Herb Olson) submitted a Minority Report, expressing their opposition to the proposal for School District Consolidation that the Study Committee had decided to send to the voters of Bristol, Lincoln, Monkton, New Haven, and Starksboro, for approval.
